The Love, Sex & Intimacy Circle is a safe place to explore, share, and seek healing for sensitive issues which may not often get a chance to be heard in daily life. In this session we draw on the collective wisdom of the group, acknowledging that each person has a unique experience and gifts that may be needed to support each others process.

The structure of the session includes:

I Opening – Connection exercises and setting intentions as we create a safe space together.

II Talking Circle – A  facilitated talking circle where each participant is invited to speak if they choose.

III Intimacy Process Work – An opportunity for anyone who has a specific issue they feel called to work with to step into the centre of the circle to share, be witnessed, and ask for support from the group. During this process, the individual may make specific requests to the group, inviting one or more people to join them in the centre to engage with them to support their healing. Physical touch which is mutually consensual may be included as part of the healing process.

IV Closing – An opportunity to reflect on and share your experience of the session.

V Informal Connection Space – An opportunity to connect with others informally after the circle has been closed.

The Love, Sex & Intimacy Circle is a place to:

* connect with others in a warm, supportive, and confidential environment
* open up to new ways of loving and being loved
* embrace sexuality as an integral aspect of healing
* explore the relationship between sexuality and spiritual practice
* learn to receive fully
* practice authentic communication and conscious relating
* ask questions and seek feedback about any aspect of love, sex, & intimacy

Participate at your own comfort level. There is never any pressure to participate beyond simply listening and witnessing –  that in itself is an integral gift to the group. There is no nudity or sexual contact at this session.  All participants must agree to a strict confidentiality agreement around what is shared within the group. Everyone welcome, the LSI Circle is open to singles and couples, all genders and sexual orientations.
